What MailOnChat does.

What is MailOnChat?

MailOnChat is an email assistant for WhatsApp. Connect Gmail or Outlook, pair WhatsApp, and manage your inbox from the chat you already use.

How do I manage email from WhatsApp?

Request early access, wait until we add your Gmail as a Google test user, then sign in, text a six-digit pairing code, and use commands like inbox, compose, and reply. Review every draft before it sends.

Why is Gmail invite-only?

Google hasn’t finished verifying MailOnChat’s Gmail permissions, so only approved test users (about 100) can connect. Request access and we’ll add you when a seat is available. Outlook and Microsoft 365 connect straight away, with no invite.

Who is it for?

Anyone who wants to manage email in WhatsApp. Whether you are on the move, at work, or simply prefer chat, MailOnChat keeps your mail in the conversation.

Does it send emails without me?

No. MailOnChat drafts in chat. You tap Send. Daily summaries are the only automatic push, on a schedule you choose.
